Project Background:
The plant was designed for treatment of the waste water of the town of Haskovo, which was one of the main polluters of Haskovska River. The plant has capacity of a population equivalent of 98,667 and Qav/day = 29,733 m3/day.
The project was a part of a programme for design of urban waste water treatment plants for towns with a population equivalent of over 10,000 under Operational Programme Environment.
Project Activities:
BORA elaborated a working design for all parts and aligned the technical documentation with the Bulgarian standards, carried out Designer Supervision for the project.
